Brenda began her career as a fashion design student, who sought to incorporate trends to everyday ready-to-wear. Design school helped her realize that her true desire was to incorporate an avant garde sense of style into hair design. She embarked upon her professional training with an exclusive Bumble & Bumble salon in San Francisco, and rigorously expanded her styling repertoire. She joined Aveda elite and spent several years using her impeccable creativity to train new incoming stylists on haircutting techniques.

Brenda believes it is crucial to develop trusting relationships with the clients, so that they may feel comfortable with taking baby steps towards a new look or going for extreme change. As an owner of Mission 6, Brenda continues to fulfill her dream of providing balance and style to the art of hair design.
